These are not very good quality at all. The seller sent me a mock up and the product I received had faces cut off. Even the seller claimed they shouldn’t look that way, offered me a partial refund, and said they would look into it and follow up but I never heard back or received the partial refund.

This was such a slow process. I ordered the plate with a capital first letter, and lower case for the rest of the name. The proof came back in all caps. Responded to the seller, very slow response. Got back another proof, it looked fine. I waited and waited for it to ship. I ordered it on August 27, and I didn’t receive it until September 11. The last letter in the name is an h, it looks like an n. I needed it for a gift today….I cannot recommend this shop to others. Very disappointing.

A lot of times, having an image expanded to a giant 3 foot-long desk mat can be hit or miss on quality. Not this time. The image looks beautiful, the materials are high-quality, and being clumsy, I can tell you only a few days in that the mat caught and held the coffee I spilled, keeping it from getting on my desk. Highly recommend. **Edit** I'm ordering a third one. That's how great these turned out.
