Yes. Most in-house products (plates, desk mats, mouse pads) can be rushed for $15, which moves your order to the front of the queue for same or next business day production. Expedited carriers (FedEx / UPS overnight) are available at checkout. Rush orders are worked first every morning.

Spend $35 or more and US standard shipping is free. The cart shows how close you are. Free shipping applies to US addresses only.

You get a tracking email the moment a label is printed. You can also log in to your account (person icon in the header) and open the order. Emails come from support@whcustomco.com, so check spam if you don’t see one.

Give it 5 business days past the last scan, then contact us with your order number. If the package cannot be located, we ship a free replacement. If it’s marked delivered but you don’t have it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then let us know.

Yes, worldwide. International delivery averages 2-3 weeks and duties or taxes (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility. If an international package is lost and never marked delivered, we cover a replacement.

If the order hasn’t shipped, yes. Contact us right away with the order number and the new address.

Our Phoenix shop prints every weekday at 8:00 AM MST. Orders placed after that print the next business day. Weekends and US holidays are not production days.

On any product page click Design It. Upload a photo or logo, add text, pick a background and preview it live on the product at true size. When you save, that exact file goes to our printer. What you see is what we print.

Yes. Click Upload a file instead of Design It. Our team sizes and places it, and reaches out if anything needs a decision. Add notes in the box under the upload.

Yes, and basic help is free: background removal, color changes, resizing, logo cleanup and simple text layouts. Use the notes field on the product or the contact form. Complex from-scratch illustration is quoted separately.

JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG and AI. PNG with a transparent background is ideal for logos. For photos, the largest JPG you have.

As a rule: 6×12 plates look perfect at 1800×3600 px, desk mats at 300 DPI or a 4K wallpaper, socks and mouse pads at 1500 px on the long side. The designer warns you if a file is on the small side, and we check every file before printing.

Closely, but not perfectly. Screens are backlit and printed ink is not, so very saturated blues and reds can shift slightly. Layout, sizing and placement match exactly.

By default we print exactly what you built in the designer, no proof step, which is how we ship in 1-3 days. If you upload a file for us to place, or order 5+ items, ask for a mockup in the notes and we’ll send one before printing.

Only if you own them or have permission. We print your files as your own work and may decline orders that obviously infringe a trademark or copyright.

It’s a real aluminum plate at real plate size, but it is decorative and not state-issued. Most customers use them as front plates in states that don’t require one, or as garage, shop and gift plates. Check your local regulations before mounting one where a registration plate is required.

6×12 is the standard US car, truck and SUV size. 4×7 fits golf carts, ATVs, side-by-sides and motorcycles. 3×6 fits bicycles, Power Wheels, wagons, wheelchairs and scooters. Measure your bracket if unsure.

0.025″ aluminum, the same gauge as a state plate, with rounded corners and four pre-drilled mounting slots at standard spacing. Gloss finish, single-sided print, about 4 oz for a 6×12.

Every plate is weather resistant and car wash safe. UV protected adds a clear UV-blocking layer that roughly doubles the print life in full sun. Choose it for a front plate in Arizona, Texas, Florida or anywhere the car lives outside. Standard is perfect for indoor display and gifts.

Dye sublimation infuses the ink into the plate coating, so it won’t peel or flake. Any print in years of direct sun will eventually soften; UV protection dramatically slows that.

Yes. Custom license plate frames print your text or logo on the top and bottom rails and fit any standard 6×12 plate.

Yes. Use the state-style layouts in the designer or send us your idea. These are novelty plates, not valid registration plates.

10×16 is an oversized mouse pad. 12×18 fits keyboard and mouse. 14×24 fits a full-size keyboard, mouse and room to move. 18×36 covers most of a standard desk. When in doubt, go bigger.

Seamless is a clean borderless wrap. Stitched adds a reinforced black border that prevents fraying and looks more finished, which corporate buyers tend to prefer. Same print and base either way.

A smooth micro-weave cloth top, 3 mm thick, bonded to a dense natural rubber non-slip base. Works with optical and laser mice.

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, or machine wash cold on gentle and lay flat to dry. The print is heat-set into the fabric and won’t crack. Gel mouse pads should be spot cleaned only.

Yes, in a tube. Unroll and lay flat; the rubber base settles within a few hours.

A clear, well-lit photo with the face looking at the camera, no sunglasses. Phone photos are perfect. We cut the face out by hand, so a plain or busy background is fine.

Generally we print the sizes listed, but we add products every year and welcome ideas. For bulk runs of a custom size, ask for a quote.

If your print isn’t right, we make it right. Print defects, damage in transit, or a mismatch between what you designed and what arrived are reprinted and reshipped free. No arguments.

Because every item is custom made for you, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Anything defective, damaged or printed wrong is replaced free under the guarantee.

Email a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery. We’ll reprint and reship it, usually the same or next business day.

If it hasn’t gone to press, usually yes. Contact us immediately with the order number. Once it’s printed we can’t change or cancel it.

We flag files that are too small before printing. If you ask us to print it anyway, softness from the file itself isn’t a defect. Send us a bigger file and we’ll happily reprint at cost.

No. Guest checkout is fine. An account lets you track orders, reorder and save addresses.
