Privacy Policy
This policy explains what W&H Custom Co. (“W&H”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use whcustomco.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Last updated September 2026.
Who we are
W&H Custom Co. is a custom print shop operating from Phoenix, AZ and St. Louis, MO. Our website address is https://whcustomco.com. You can reach us at support@whcustomco.com.
What we collect
Order information. Your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, the products you order, and any notes you leave for our designers. We need this to make, ship and support your order.
Artwork and designs. Photos, logos, text and designs you upload or create in our designer. These are stored on our servers to produce your order and to reprint it under our guarantee. Designs that are never ordered are deleted after 30 days. Ordered designs are kept for 2 years so we can reprint on request, then deleted. We never use your artwork for anything other than your order unless you give us written permission.
Account information. If you create an account: your login email, password (stored hashed), saved addresses and order history.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers (for example Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Card numbers go directly to them and are never stored on our servers. We keep only the last four digits and the transaction reference.
Messages. Emails, contact-form submissions, quote requests and chat messages you send us, so we can reply and keep a record of your order.
Newsletter. Your email if you join our list, for example through the welcome-code popup. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email.
Affiliate program. If you join, your name, email, payout details and the referral activity on your link.
Technical data. Like most sites we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the site that referred you, through server logs and analytics.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for: keeping your cart and login working (essential); remembering your preferences; analytics, so we can see which pages work and which do not (Google Analytics); advertising measurement, so we know whether our ads on Google, Meta and other platforms led to a sale; and crediting affiliates, where a cookie remembers the affiliate link you arrived through for 30 days. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work but the cart may not remember items between visits.
How we use your information
To make and ship your order; to reply to you and provide support; to send order confirmations, shipping updates and reprint notices; to send marketing emails if you have opted in; to detect fraud and secure the site; to understand how the site is used and improve it; and to meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only what they need: payment processors; shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and our shipping software, who receive your name, address, phone and email for delivery and notifications; our order management and print-workflow tools; email and marketing platforms; analytics and advertising platforms; our hosting provider; and reviews and customer-photo platforms, if you choose to leave a review. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale of the business. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketplaces
If you buy from us on Amazon, Etsy or eBay, that marketplace’s privacy policy also applies, and we receive only what it passes to us to fulfil the order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. Ordered artwork is kept for 2 years; unordered designs for 30 days. Newsletter and account data are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or export it; unsubscribe from marketing at any time; and, if you are in California or another state with a privacy law, exercise the rights that law gives you (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising as those laws define it, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights). Email support@whcustomco.com with your request; we answer within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Uploaded artwork is stored in a private area of our servers that is not listed publicly. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to fill orders. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach involving your data we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
Our site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated policy.
