How custom sizes are priced
Sizes read height x width. Your mat is cut from the smallest stock size it fits inside, so you pay that mat's price plus a $25 custom cut fee. Bulk discounts apply to custom sizes too.

Example: a 12" × 30" mat is bigger than 14x24, so it is cut from an 18x36 and priced at the 18x36 price plus the cut fee.
Before you order
Every custom mat is measured, printed on a larger blank, and hand-cut with a fresh blade and a straightedge, then corner-rounded by hand. It takes real time, and the offcut can't be reused. $25 covers that.
Not on custom sizes. Cutting removes the stitched border, so custom mats are seamless only. The cloth edge is clean and doesn't fray in normal use.
Yes, for an extra fee. Order the outer size here, then email us a sketch with your order number and we'll quote the cutout.
That's the largest blank we stock. Two mats side by side, or contact us for bulk quotes on larger blanks.
Within 1/8". Rubber relaxes slightly after cutting, so we cut to the measurement you give us and let it settle.
A custom-cut mat can't be resold. Print defects and damage are always covered under our guarantee; a size you measured wrong is not.
