Refund Policy

Because every W&H Custom Co. product is made to order with your design, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or files you asked us to print despite a low-resolution warning.

We do replace, at no cost, any item that arrives damaged, has a print defect, or does not match the design you approved. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. If a replacement isn’t possible we refund the item.

Orders cancelled before printing are refunded in full to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
