Sublimation blanks, tested in a real shop
Every blank in this section is the one we print on for our own customers. The aluminum plates are gloss sublimation-coated 0.025" stock with standard slot spacing. The desk mats and mouse pads are polyester micro-weave tops on a 3 mm natural rubber base. The consumables are what sits next to our presses. We sell them in packs of 3 to 10 so you can dial in your settings on a handful before you order a pallet from anyone.
Each product page lists the temperature, time and pressure we start at. Your press will differ; read the timing, heat and pressure guide and run a six-press test before production. Guides, videos and equipment recommendations live in the Sublimation Center.

Starting points are on each product and in the Sublimation Center cheat sheet. Plates: 400°F, 60-75 s, medium. Mats: 400°F, 60 s, light-medium. Adjust in 5-second steps for your press.
