Shipping & Returns

Production

Orders print every weekday at 8:00 AM MST and ship in 1-3 business days. Custom socks take 3-5 business days. Rush production ($15) moves in-house products to same or next business day.

Shipping

US standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage, 3-5 business days, free on orders over $35. Expedited FedEx and UPS options are available at checkout. International shipping is available worldwide and averages 2-3 weeks; duties and taxes, if any, are the recipient’s responsibility.

Lost packages

If a package shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us with your order number. If it cannot be located we ship a free replacement.

Returns

Every item is custom made for you, so we can’t accept returns for change of mind. Anything defective, damaged in transit or printed differently from your design is reprinted and reshipped free under the W&H guarantee. Email a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery.

Changes and cancellations

If your order hasn’t gone to press we can usually change or cancel it. Contact us immediately with the order number. Once printed, orders can’t be changed.
